Mary's practiced yoga on and off over the last 14 years, but it wasn't until 5 years ago that her commitment to it stuck. Since then, she hasn't looked back. Suffering from severe anxiety for most of her life, Mary's found a respite in yoga. Yoga and meditation makes some of her day to day struffles easier to handle. Yoga gives me faith, strength and clarity. It keeps me sane! Mary strives to empower her students, through her classes, and her desire for connection with a Higher Power, herself and others.
