Jennifer Hanson

Jenn was inspired to practice yoga when she was looking to find her "inner self". She was looking for a new hobby and a healthier way of life. After just a few classes, she fell in love. Jenn says, "I loved the way my body felt, my mind felt and most importantly how "my inner self felt". From what started off as a hobby has now become a way of life. What was once a new path has now become my forever journey. Jenn completed her 200YTT in 2018 at Puma Yoga."

Look for Jennifer's classes to be centered on meditation, complete relaxation, breath work, and building strength in the mind, body and soul.

In her spare time, Jenn enjoys being around nature and enjoying its true beauty, spending time with her loved ones and always seeing the best in everyone around her. She also enjoys being around her furry friends as she believes the best therapists have four legs.


Dancer Pose (Natarajasana): I love the way I feel in this pose and how it helps me with concentration and balance. When I'm in this pose I feel strong, stable and secure.
