I am a musician who does a little yoga at home. I read and practice A Course in Miracles, love Eckhart Tolle, and Thich Nhat Han and others. I play many types of music but I especially enjoy music of the moment, aka, improvisation. I just read an article in Yoga Journal about live music and yoga, and I play in a group that I think could work beautifully in the stillness and the flow of yoga. What are your thoughts?

Live music works wonderfully in yoga classes. In fact, Josh Sherman, a fantastic musician, is going to be playing at our Puma Yoga 2nd Anniversary celebration on Sat. Aug. 14th at the 9:00 and 10:30 am classes. And you can certainly make playing your music an opportunity to practice mindfulness!
